After nine long, did I say long hours of driving we finally reached The “A-Town”.Okay, First things first I had to stop at my favorite place Poor Calvin’s (you can see more about that in my Fav’s post). After checking into my hotel around 11pm I called it a night, I recovered and was fully refreshed, went sightseeing for the next couple days. Considering I have already been to Atlanta, I made sure I stopped at my favorite places. As well as a few new ones like “the underground” a mall type section thats mostly underground and located in downtown ATL, 5 Points. I decided to get a manicure and my hair done while here. One thing lead to another and I walked out with a new hair cut and red highlights hahah a little “hot-lanta” flavor.
I also went out, I mean its saturday night in ATL… why not go out and have a little fun? Dance a little and meet up with friends. Definitely a fun night, but OMG did I pay for it the next day waking up at 6am to head on the road in time to be at the first museum in Montgomery Alabama by opening. As you can imagine… departure was delayed for a few hours haha more sleep was needed! However, once we got to Montgomery the clocks turned back an hour which helped us keep to schedule! Seriously, this couldn’t have happened on a better day!
